Milk Processing & Quality

From where the cow is milked, to transporting the fresh milk, directly to the spray drying facility, the milk is gently processed to keep taste and nutrients

After spray drying, the powder is immediately packed to keep natural flavours and freshness.

Also it is the only dairy in Denmark performing systematic testing for:
  • Thermo resistant bacteria
  • Bacteria plate count
  • Anaerobe spores
  • Somatic cell count
  • Drug residues

Apart from its own Milk Quality Program, external accredited laboratory is appointed for regular quality analysis and have surveillance system with mandatory surveillance on somatic cell counts and bacterial counts.


Organic Milk Powder
