Recipe - Scrambled Egg with Porcini Mushroom

Ingredients:
  • 2-3 g  Naturbosco Dried Porcini Mushroom
  • 2-3  Eggs
  • Butter / Olive oil (Moderate)
  • Sea Salt (a bit)

Instruction:
1.  Firstly prepare porcini mushroom for use according to our previous preparation instruction

2.  Put the eggs into bowl and stir well.

3.  Heat up the frying pan. Add the butter / olive oil, then the porcini mushroom into the pan. Cook the porcini until well done for about 3 mins.

4.  Add the stirred eggs and a little bit salt together into the pan and fry for a while. Then ready to serve
