Recipe - Porcini-crusted Black Cod with Garlic Spinach

Instructions:
1. Season cod with 1/8 teaspoon (tsp) salt and pepper. Coat completely with 2 tsp porcini powder
2. Heat up non-stick frying pan. Add 1 1/2 tsp of oil, then cod. Cook until bottoms are golden brown, 3 to 4 min. Flip and continue cooking until cod is cooked thoroughly, about 3 more min. Remove to a plate.
3. Wipe pan clean and return to stovetop. Add olive oil, then garlic and cook for 1 min. Add spinach, then cook and stir frequently for 4-5 mins until spinach wilts. Stir salt into cooked spinach. Remove to a large bowl.
4. Divide cooked spinach into 4 plates. Top with black cod. Drizzle with truffle oil.

- 4 pcs Black Cod fillets
- 4 1/2 tsp Olive oil
- 8 cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 2 portions Baby spinach
- 1 tsp White truffle oil (Optional)

- Pepper (a bit)
