Recipe - Gluten Free White Bread (using Bread Machine)

This easy to follow gluten free recipe for bread machine using our FREEE by Doves Farm Gluten Free White Bread Flour is perfect for the baking beginner or for those with an intolerance to gluten or wheat.

- 2 Egg whites*
- 6 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 350ml Water
- 500g Gluten Free White Bread Flour
- 2tsp Quick Yeast
[ Large Loaf ]
- 3 Egg whites**
- 9 tbsp Oil
- 1 1/2 tsp Vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 425ml Water
- 750g Gluten Free White Bread Flour
- 3 tsp Quick Yeast

* 20g Chickpea flour + 60 ml Water
** 30g Chickpea flour + 90 ml Water
Method :
1. Put the egg whites, sugar, oil, salt, vinegar and water into a bowl
2. Whisk well
3. Pour this into the machine pan
4. Add the flour and sprinkle the yeast on top
5. Start machine on basic rapid programme (Number 11 - 1hour 55mins)
6. Carefully take cooked loaf out of pan
7. Cool on a wire rack
