Sgambaro Italy, founded in 1947, is specialized on production of pastas in few different brands. It is the first Italian company certified using ‘Italian Durum Wheat’ for products. With environmental concern, its pasta factory is located adjacent to mill plant in order to save energy and protect the environment.
Pasta production is slowly bronze extruded and dried for between 10 and 25 hours depending on the pasta shape. Always at low temperatures, the finished pasta maintains the original organoleptic and sensory characteristics of the grain.
