Milk / dairy products could help reduce risk of heart attack
A new issue of USA [Circulation] Journal is published a study, which was started from 1992, to analyze the relationship between people eating diets and heart disease / ischemic heart disease (IHD) / cardiovascular death. It is found that every 100 mg of meat or meat products consumption per day shall increase above-mentioned heart problems by up to 19%.

Conversely, milk or dairy products can help reduce the chance of heart attack. For instance, heart vascular disease could be reduced by 7% per 100 mg of cheese consumption per day, or by 8% and 7% respectively for eating 20 mg of egg and 30 mg of cheese per day.
