Dried Porcini Mushroom - Prepare for Use
Dried Porcini Mushroom - Preparation before cooking:
1. Rinse the dried porcini mushroom with water to remove dust and sand
2. Soak porcini mushroom in lukewarm water for 20 minutes
3. All porcini mushrooms are ready for use
** Those water after soaked the porcini can be kept for cooking use. For instance, just adding soaking water into Chinese steam rice / Spanish risotto giving much strong fragrant mushroom flavour.
